Hachicoo Teams Up with Paws of Hope China to Honor Service Dogs-Our Furry Family Members Who Serve

March 12, 2026 -In China, service dogs are more than helpers-they're family. They guide the visually impaired, comfort veterans with PTSD, and support people with disabilities, giving them independence, joy, and unwavering loyalty. Today, Hachicoo is proud to announce our partnership with Paws of Hope China, a virtual nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting service dogs and their handlers across China, to honor these incredible furry family members and give back to those who give so much.

 

As part of the partnership, Hachicoo will donate 2% of all sales from our 'Hero Harness' line to Paws of Hope China, which provides free training, medical care, and support to service dog teams across the country. We've also designed a special edition Hero Harness, featuring a durable, reflective design to keep service dogs safe during their daily missions. Each harness is crafted with the same care and attention to detail as all our products-because service dogs deserve the best, just like any other family member.

 

'Service dogs are heroes in every sense of the word,' said Tina Kan. 'They work tirelessly to help their humans live their best lives, and they do it with so much love and loyalty. My own dog, Bella, has been my rock through hard times and I can only imagine how much comfort and support service dogs bring to their handlers. This partnership is our way of saying thank you, and of ensuring these amazing pups get the care and support they deserve.'

 

Li Wei, founder of Paws of Hope China, is thrilled about the partnership. 'Service dogs and their handlers face unique challenges in China, and every little bit of support helps,' he said. 'Hachicoo's donation will allow us to train more service dogs, provide medical care for those in need, and support handlers who rely on their furry partners every day. It's a beautiful partnership-one that honors the bond between humans and dogs, and recognizes that these dogs are family.'

 

To celebrate the partnership, Hachicoo is hosting a 'Heroes & Hounds' event in Shanghai, where service dog teams will be honored, and attendees can meet these amazing pups. We're also sharing stories of service dogs and their handlers on our social media, to shine a light on the incredible work they do across China.
